Helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Sébastien Sanjou, the restaurant opened its doors on June 14, 2024, in the space previously occupied by Stars’n’Bars. Collaborating with Didier Rubiolo and Marc Dussoulier, Sanjou envisioned Marius as a tribute to the Mediterranean’s rich culinary heritage.
